Public relations is a vital part of the tourism industry, and the Maximum Exposure team takes great pleasure in identifying and pitching travel news, preparing press releases, meeting with journalists, and organising press trips. As our clients work in some of the world’s most incredible but under-appreciated destinations, we always have fresh, exciting stories to share. Many of our consultants have extensive professional experience working as travel journalist and editors, so we understand what makes a good news hook, how to shape and pitch stories, and what kind of support writers and editors really need.
Throughout the year, Maximum Exposure organises small group and individual press trips to showcase our clients‘ products and services and generate high quality media coverage. Some press trips are by invitation only; for others, we have an open call with target media lists. We list currently available trips here and on our social media accounts. All journalists need to have a confirmed article commission from an approved outlet before we can request and approve press trip support, but we are happy to discuss potential story angles, news hooks, and outlets with you before you pitch.
